You can easily manage your Adtrics subscription directly within your account including cancelling your subscription, downloading your subscription invoices, and updating your payment method
 
Cancelling Your Subscription
 
Depending on the plan you have chosen, when you subscribe to Adtrics, your subscription cycle lasts for either 365 days or 90 days from the day you are billed. If you decide to cancel any time during your subscription cycle, you will still have access to Adtrics until your subscription cycle ends.
 
For Example:
 
If your yearly subscription starts on January 1, 2022, your subscription will end on January 1, 2023. Midway through your cycle if you decide to cancel your Adtrics subscription, you will still have access to Adtrics until January 1, 2023. After that date, your subscription will end and you will no longer be charged. 
 
  1. From your account name drop-down menu, click Settings.


  2. On the left navigation menu, click Billing.


  3. Under the "Plan Details" section, click Manage Plan.

  4. Click the blue 'Select Plan' button under the $0 Free Plan:
  5. An exit survey window will be prompted. Please kindly tell us your reason for cancelling your subscription so we can further improve our product & service.

  6. Click Confirm to finalize the change.
