If you forgot your account password, you can reset a new one by providing the email address you used to sign up for Adtrics. 
 
Resetting Your Forgotten Password
 
  1. From the Adtrics sign in page, click Forgot Password?.

  2. Enter in your account email address, then click Send Reset Password Email Now.


  3. Check your email inbox. You should receive a Reset Password Email from us within a few minutes. If after several minutes, you still have not received the email, please make sure to check your spam folders as well, or reach out to [email protected] for assistance. 

  4. Open the Reset Password email and click Reset Password. If the Reset Password button does not work, please copy and paste the URL provided in the email to a new browser tab. 

  5. Enter your new password (Please note the new password must be at least 8 characters long with a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols). 


  6. Enter your new password again in the Confirm Password field. 

  7. Click Change Password to finalize change.
